If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

Items must be free of any stains, odors, or signs of wear.

Items marked Final Sale or Clearance are not returnable.

Gift cards and custom items are non-refundable.
How to start a return:

We’ll provide return instructions and the return shipping address.
Return shipping:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your protection.
Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–7 business days for your refund to appear.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or item:

Start a return for the item you no longer want.

Place a new order for the item you’d like instead.
This ensures the fastest processing and helps guarantee availability.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at hellolakesidelocal@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll gladly send a replacement or process a full refund for eligible issues.
