Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirming your order details. This is not a shipment confirmation. You will receive a separate email once your order has been shipped.
Please note that processing times may vary during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances, but we will notify you if there are any significant delays.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your order’s size, weight, and destination. We offer free standard shipping on orders over $75 within USA.
International shipping fees are calculated at checkout, and customs fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. Any customs duties or taxes that arise are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your package’s status. You can track your order on the shipping carrier’s website using the provided tracking link.
Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update after your order is shipped.
6. Shipping Delays
While we aim to deliver your order on time, shipping delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including severe weather, customs delays, and issues with the shipping carrier.
If your order is delayed, we will notify you as soon as we become aware of any shipping issues.
7. Missing or Damaged Items

For missing items, we will investigate with the shipping carrier, and we may issue a replacement or a refund depending on the situation.
8. Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We cannot be responsible for delays or misdeliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If you realize that you’ve entered the wrong shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at hellolakesidelocal@gmail.com and we will do our best to assist with correcting it before the order ships. Unfortunately, once the order is shipped, we cannot modify the shipping address.
9. P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses
We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses. Please provide a valid residential or business address for shipping.
10. Returns and Exchanges
Please refer to our Return Policy for information on returning or exchanging items. Note that shipping charges for returned or exchanged items are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or defective.
